 If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: 

• Ensure the organization to compliance with HS&S legal requirements within the site.

• Execute the implementation and maintenance of the AEU HS&S management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, to ensure site’s certifications.

• Reduce the number & the severity of the recordable injuries & illness to reach the Safety excellence.

• Reduce the potential impact of our activities to the environment.

• Assures the realization in time of the HS&S Roadmap.

• Ensures Carbon Neutrality in Europe of our operation and Net Zero emission across the value chain.

• Conducts the necessary audits and inspections to ensure compliance with commitments in terms of sustainable HS&S development

• Organizes the information, awareness, and training of all employees in terms of HS&S, sustainability, energy management and Risk management.

• Manage the Site HS&S team

   and if you have/are:  

• Master’s degree in Energy management/HS&S and/or Sustainability/ engineering.

• Proven experience in developing and encouraging others to think, behave and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience on HS&S system management implementation.

• Proven experience in change management in multicultural environment.

• Fluent in English

• HS&S & sustainability regulations knowledge

• ISO standards including 14001 & 50001 knowledge

• Environmental impact analysis expertise

• Accident and incident analysis experience
