this role you will be responsible for leading and managing people management processes in a dedicated facility and acting as an interface for the company’s management team. You will need to deliver support in HR policy implementation, identify gaps and propose changes necessary to cover risks.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Recruiting and selecting staff and providing support in the recruitment process to SSC according to recruitment requests and job profile.
Managing the integration process during the first 3 months after hiring Blue and White Collars staff by:
following up on the implementation of the vocational schooling plan by post / of the card education system
identifying problems in the employee–direct superior–mentor relationship and proposing solutions
tracking the achievement of evaluations during integration (mentor and HR)
Providing support to management in determining training requirements and creating/developing training materials, if necessary.
Managing the employee evaluation process by tracking the achievement of the annual performance evaluation, centralizing data obtained from the evaluation, and providing support in situations of conflict or communication.
Coordinating Employee Opinion Processes or other programs carried out by the HR Department.
Handling the disciplinary research process in collaboration with the Payroll department and Department Managers.
Checking timekeeping and providing support to timekeepers according to the timekeeping procedure.
Updating and managing personal files, organization charts, new employee announcements.
Executing other activities decided by the HR Manager, following and reporting their fulfilment, and participating in the organization of social events.
Preparing monthly reports on indicators tracked in the Policy Deployment and Annual Action Plan.
Being part of the weekly financial follow‑up — supporting with details on timekeeping, absenteeism, holiday accrual.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally qualified in Human Resources Management practices.
English fluency and fluency in the local language.
At least 3 years experience in a similar position, in production‑oriented environment (preferably Automotive), preferably in a matrix organization.
High ethical standards and integrity, personal and professional credibility.
Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels.
Orientation towards change and establishing best practice.
Ability to build sound working relationships with managers, employees and works council/union, based on trust and results, across levels, functions, culture and geography.
