        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead industrialization and production launch activities from Phase 0 through Phase 4.

• Define and develop manufacturing processes, process flows, layouts, and workstations.

• Ensure successful and flawless product launches while meeting quality, cost, and timing targets.

• Develop and maintain PFMEA, manufacturing documentation, and standard work instructions.

• Manage production equipment specifications, CAPEX planning, and equipment implementation.

• Perform line balancing and establish target manufacturing conditions.

• Coordinate traceability systems and special characteristic requirements.

• Conduct process capability studies and Run @ Rate activities to validate production readiness.

• Support production line installation, optimization, operator training, and manufacturing readiness milestones

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve launch and manufacturing issues.

• Drive process and product robustness improvements throughout the industrialization phase.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or launch management within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of product and process industrialization activities.

• Experience with production line design, process definition, and line balancing.

• Knowledge of PFMEA, process capability studies, Run @ Rate, APDS, and manufacturing standards.

• Experience managing manufacturing equipment projects and CAPEX investments.

• Proven leadership and project coordination skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Available to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, multinational environment.

• Fluent English communication skills.
