Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production team in order to meet customer expectations

• Follow the SQCDM indicators and drive the action plans behind

• Implementation of continuous improvement actions

• Budget planning, resources and capabilities

• Definition, transmission and monitoring of objectives taking into account the company’s objectives and strategies (deployment of policies)
  (the level of responsibility depends on the position-please adapt individually)

• Ensure the proper management of human resources and materials to deliver good quality, quantity on time

• Work on the deployed Policy targets

• Personal development following the Autoliv target, EPDD, promotion, training

• Ensure periodic service meetings and share SQCDM indicators

• Ensure compliance with the Autoliv standards

• Ensure the proper monitoring of new projects to ensure a good start

• Ensure the order of cleanliness in SWT sites

• Ensure the availability of production lines

If you have/are:

• Engineering Degree or similar 

• 5 years' experience in the automotive industry 

• English, Arabic, French language skills (written, verbal - medium to advanced level)

• IATF FMEA Standard (certification) 

• Problem solving tools L2L skills

• Program and project management

• Change Management

• Business Acumen
