If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Ensure a reliable manufacturing process for leather wrapping lines, intensively support production OPs during the SOP and ramp-up phase to achieve SQCD objectives, Make manufacturing processes capable.
  
• Diagnostics of machine breakdowns and performance in order to determine reaction plan to solve.
  
• Prepare and monitor the line Process indicators/ KPIs on a daily basis and a weekly reporting:
  (PPH, TT, TPU, line rejections and MPS/CPS compliance level).
  
• Establish and follow associated action plans.
  
• Implement necessary actions to optimize leather yield (pattern definition software update of CNC, leather naturel defect quality level set up ..., yokoten of SWF and 1P/1P actions)
  
• Perform Run@rate (01/05/30 and 100) and develop new leather cutting pattern in order to have conform SW.
  
• Manage the evolution C.pattern on PLM.
  
• Manage continuous improvement projects on the perimeter of the leather wrapping and cutting lines.
  
• Be the first contact on the leather wrapping and cutting activities, moderator in resolving problems process and quality failures solving to reach 2 % scrap rate.

and if you have/are:

• Engineering University Degree (preferable)
• Advanced communication/ written skills in English, French, Arabic
• 3 years' experience in the Automotive industry
