Participate and take the lead for industrialization from on new project by guaranty the process task on each steps and follow the project timing. *Assist the product development to make a product at the right level in term of quality, cost and lead time( FMEA , Design for manufacturing and assembly) *Insure tools validation according to AS52 * Insure process development and tools according to product development according to AS100 by using standard process (PFMEA Master, Guidelines, MPS and Best Practices)
