Launch Project Manager

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Lead the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing projects from concept to production.
Coordinate production strategy, manufacturing readiness, and process implementation activities.
Manage project timing, costs, and key launch milestones.
Support line design workshops, process definition, and equipment sourcing activities.
Monitor production readiness and ensure successful validation builds and run-at-rate activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Review manufacturing concepts and drive continuous improvement throughout the launch process.
Collect and analyze production KPI data to ensure project objectives are achieved
If you have/are:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing project management, or launch management.
Proven experience coordinating new product launches within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working in multinational companies.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and production validation activities.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
