Maintenance Supervisor

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Lead and develop the Maintenance team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, maintenance costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, resources, and spare parts management.
Support production continuity through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Participate in the commissioning and acceptance of new equipment and facility upgrades.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
Manage maintenance budgets, documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Drive APS/Lean initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or industrial automation environment.
Proven experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in a technical leadership ,expert role is considered an advantage.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, particularly Siemens STEP 7, TIA Portal, Rockwell, Schneider, or similar platforms.
Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
Solid understanding of industrial communication networks, including Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and related protocols.
Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical, automation, and control system schematics.
Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and automated assembly equipment is an advantage.
Experience with assembly technologies, including screwing/torquing systems, robotics, and vision inspection systems.
Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools and quality methodologies (FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
