System Quality Manager
Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as System Quality Manager.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Quality System Management:
Maintain and improve the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards, Group standards and customer requirements.
- Audit Coordination:
Plan and lead internal and external audits (IATF, VDA, ISO, customer audits, Group standards), and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Process Control:
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support process owners in achieving quality targets.
- Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure proper documentation of procedures, work instructions, and records. Maintain document control systems.
- Training & Awareness:
Conduct training sessions on quality standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, APQP).
- Customer Interface:
Act as a key contact for customer quality-related issues and ensure effective resolution and communication.
- Continuous Improvement:
Lead quality improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
If you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 9001, and core tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality software and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
